Remember last week when I talked about the scary study which found that nearly 9 million Americans use sleeping pills to fall asleep? Scary stat: Nearly 9 million Americans take sleeping pills

People in America are sleepy, and the issue only seems to be getting worse. In fact, since 2008, market research from Thomson Reuters found that sleeping pill prescriptions had tripled among people younger than 45. What's scary is that almost 9 million Americans are popping sleeping pills in order to get to sleep.
