Win the battle against your alarm clock

For anyone that knows me, in the battle of my bed vs. the alarm clock, my bed wins. Every. Single. Time. I LOVE sleep and love being snuggled up in bed. February is the worst month…for sleep, that is

According to a recent survey conducted by the Great British Sleep Survey of over 21,000 UK adults, it takes an an extra 8 minutes on an average to go to sleep in February compared with March. And get this, people spend an extra 10 minutes awake during the night. (Did I participate in this study or something?!) Solve your problems in your sleep!

If you're anything like me, your bedtime routine usually consists of a solid hour (or more) of staring at the ceiling, wondering and worrying about all the things that need to get done the next day/week/month. Never wake a sleeping baby…

Let's face it, sleeping babies are just plain adorable. And babies need upwards to 17 hours of sleep a day, so that's a lot of adorable-ness going on.
