Guess what? We don’t NEED sleeping pills, says doctor

Remember last week when I talked about the scary study which found that nearly 9 million Americans use sleeping pills to fall asleep? Turns out there are others who agree that this statistic needs to change. I was watching the news the other day and they were talking about Michael Jackson's death and what may have caused it. A doctor testified that Michael Jackson went without "real" sleep for 60 days leading up to his death. SIXTY DAYS!? I can't go without sleep for more than A day, much-less SIXTY. Anyone that knows me can attest to the beast I become when I don't get enough sleep.
